RunSantaBarbara is your source for running and walking events on the Santa Barbara “Gold Coast” producing athletic event throughout the year designed for all levels of fitness. Our schedule includes the unique Nite Moves Summer Sunset Series that includes walkers, runners, swimmers and kid events in 18 multiple event evenings that includes a swim/run biathlon.

Our featured long distance events include the Pier to Peak Half Marathon Labor Day weekend.

	Pier to Peak Half Marathon August 31, 2008 (Sunday, Labor Day Weekend) 13.1 miles, Challenging uphill endurance event \| 6:30am \| Starts at Stearns Wharf, lower State St. \| "The Worlds Toughest Half Marathon" from sea level to the 4000 foot elevation of the La Cumbre Peak finish. Overlook Santa Barbara, the Channel Islands, view the start from the finish. Prizes & refreshments at the peak. Limited entries.
